Analysis of the causes of wrinkles in offset paper (III)
III. paper teeth and tooth pads
a considerable part of paper wrinkles are due to the different holding forces of paper teeth and the different heights of tooth pads. The folds of this kind of wrinkles are large, resulting in more waste products, and even crushing the blanket
1. one or both ends of the teeth are too light. In the actual printing process, the paper is easily pulled out under the influence of pressure, and the paper is extruded and extended to produce wrinkles. Its characteristics are at one or both ends of the paper, often starting at about 15cm from the mouth of the paper to the layer of the paper, which is crooked and wrinkled greatly
2. The gripping force in the middle of the paper teeth is too light. In this case, due to the influence of pressure, the paper falls off or is pulled out of its teeth and produced. At present, the company has signed strategic cooperation agreements with some domestic new energy vehicle enterprises, causing wrinkles. This fold is often characterized by an arc at a distance of about 6cm from its mouth
3. some of the paper teeth are too loose or the tooth pad is uneven. Or 127 days of work in a year. In the actual printing process, the light ones are squeezed by pressure and absorbed, while the heavy ones have wrinkles, and the wrinkles are large. The wrinkle caused by this reason is characterized by the fact that the top of the wrinkle is about 5cm from the mouth of the paper to the tail. The size of the paper teeth should generally not be less than 5 ~ 6mm. If there is too little paper, it is easy to wrinkle at the end of the paper, and sometimes there will be no phenomenon. For example, when I used the js2102 offset press to print the book "pathology", there were wrinkles at one end of the printed matter, and sometimes none. The crew changed the paper and checked that the rubber, lining, pressure, etc. were not eliminated. Finally, the crew found that the front stop gauge at the wrinkled end had too little paper, and the wrinkles disappeared after adjustment. Originally, the strain at a certain point of one elastic element of the unit ε In direct proportion to the force on the elastic element, the staff slightly adjusted the front paper stop gauge during the proofreading process, and did not reset in time after printing, and then proofread and adjust again, resulting in fewer teeth and wrinkles. Therefore, in the process of proofreading, the front gauge should be slightly adjusted, and it should be reset in time after printing to avoid such wrinkles
